We are all aware from school memories that water has three phases: the solid, the liquid and the gas phase.
Prof. Pollack gave evidence that there is also a fourth phase, the information phase, the one that makes water functional.
Water would therefore be composed mainly of two zones: the bulk water, or also bulk or “brute” water, which we are not interested in, and the exclusion zone, which instead arouses our great interest, because it is negatively charged and contains energy and information and is in turn educable.

Environmentally friendly dielectric liquid for batteries; This is an TEAS process machine for producing a dielectric liquid replacement of acid
in new generation lead-acid batteries to facilitate their reuse and disposal without generating excessive environmental problems.
THERMOTECHNICS SECTOR
L.T.R. thermoradiating liquid with high conductivity and low oxidation. Construction of TEAS process machines for the production of thermo-radiating

Production and processing of liquids for closed circuits to be used instead of common evaporating gases, which are still widely used in heating and
cooling systems (climate, refrigerators, inverters, heat pumps). Although this technology involves a special modification on current heat pumps,
this liquid would be able to completely replace current evaporating gases and would be totally harmless and much less dangerous.
COSMETICS SECTOR
